This house is located one block from the beach, on Dawn Ave. It is fenced all around, so very private. This house has two bedrooms inside, one with a king bed and the other has two singles. There is an open-plan lounge and dining area that opens up onto a large deck, complete with bbq and chairs. The back lawn is large and has fruit trees. There is a small kitchen, with microwave and dishwasher, a laundry room, toilet and shower. This house also has a sleep out, for teenagers, with a bunk bed and another single. Linens can also be provided for an extra charge.
