This newly remodelled house is located just minutes from the park, tennis court, shops and cafes and is only a short walk to the beach. This house has two levels; the top has a lounge with TV, sky, DVD and stereo. There is an open plan kitchen with bar and stools, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and an extra freezer downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs; each has its own deck. One room has a king size bed which can be made into two singles, the other bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms also have ensuites attached. Downstairs is an open plan lounge with TV, washer and dryer, toilet and shower and another bedroom with a king that also can be made into two singles. The main deck overlooks the park and has a partial sea view (the trees are growing up) and has a bbq and table and chairs. All of our homes require you to bring your own linen, this includes: towels, tea towels, beach towels, bath mats, face cloths, sheets and pillow cases. We supply duvets and mattress and pillow protectors. However, for this house, linens can also be provided for an extra charge.
