This is a large downstairs, remodeled home. The owners occupy the upstairs but this is completely separate and has a private outdoor patio area. Located 2 blocks from the beach with a beach walkway exit right across the street. This house also has an added bonus of a separate sleepout, which has a queen bed, toilet and shower, tv and dvd, perfect for another couple or some teenagers! In the house there is 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and another bedroom with 2 singles. There is a separate toilet and shower. There is an open plan lounge, with tv, freeview and dvd player and a fold out couch, and dining area and kitchen. Outside pation area has funiture with bbq. There is also laundry facilities. All of our homes normally require you to bring your own linen, this includes: towels, tea towels, beach towels, bath mats, face cloths, sheets and pillow cases. We supply duvets and mattress and pillow protectors. However, for this house, linens can also be provided for an extra charge.
