This is a brand new Custom home that is around the corner from the beach. There are 3 large bedrooms, 1 with 3 sets of bunk beds (6 singles in all), one with a queen bed and the last bedroom has 2 twin beds-they can make into a king, this room also has a cot and changing table, so it is ideal for children. There are 2 bathrooms, a very modern kitchen, large lounge and dining area, and laundry facilities. The house is equipped with a TV and DVD, and stereo. There is a big back yard, and large deck with outside furniture and bbq. The garage is lined and also can be used for sleeping; it is equipped with a pull out couch and a table tennis game. Linens can also be provided for an extra charge.
