Hi, our family has been coming to Hahei since 1946 and we spent many years having wonderful vacations and the crayfish really did jump into the boat in those days. We have since been permanent residents here in Hahei for a number of years.

We owned and operated an airport in southern California for 18 years. We also had a commercial plumbing business. It is with our experience and skills in the Service Industry that we feel we are able to offer an outstanding locally based expert holiday home management and gardening service in Hahei. Because we are based here in Hahei, we are able to design a hassle free property management program to fit each individual home owner, while still maintaining the easy and relaxed experience that Hahei has to offer. With our team of experts we are able to provide you with superior service for all those little, and big, jobs that need doing!

Services include:

Rental of Property	Procure clients and arrange contracts to owners’ requirements i.e. weekends, weekly, monthly or long-term contracts
Holiday Home Care	Housecleaning, both inside and out, periodic checking for damage to the property, inventory checks, window, spring cleaning and pest control
Building maintenance	Supervising and arranging for repairs, remodeling or additions
Section maintenance	Full range of Gardening needs: lawn mowing, tree and hedge trimming or felling, green waste removal, planting and pruning
Miscellaneous a service also for the locals”	Because we are locally based we are able to: Collect mail, feed pets, put out rubbish. Meet deliveries (firewood, appliances). Prepare houses for arrival, turn on hot water heaters, make beds, ect. You tell us what you would like done or arranged and we will take care of it all
